  • What if I don't know what to put on my scroll?

    You're not alone — most people come to me with a feeling or intention, not a specific phrase. I’ll help you choose a blessing that fits what you want to express, whether it’s for love, protection, new beginnings, family, courage, or your personal journey.

    You can share:

    The intention behind the piece

    Who it’s for

    A story or moment you want to honor

    And I’ll guide you toward the perfect Vietnamese phrase.

  • How long does a custom scroll take?

    Usually 2–4 weeks. Rush options available if my schedule allows.

  • Do you ship?

    Yes — U.S. shipping is available until February 2026. Pickup is available during Seattle pop-ups.

    After March 2026: I’ll be in Asia, so U.S. shipping will pause until I settle overseas.

  • Are custom scroll refundable?

    Because each piece is handmade and personalized, all custom scrolls are final sale.

  • Do you travel?

    Yes! I travel for weddings + cultural events nationwide.

  • What materials do you use?

    All scrolls and papers are sourced directly from Vietnam — bamboo, rice paper, handmade red/gold scrolls, and archival ink.

  • What if my item arrives damaged?

    Contact me within 5 days with photos. I’ll help you work on a solution.

  • Can I use your artwork for commercial purposes?

    No — all calligraphy pieces are for personal use only. Please reach out if you need licensing.

  • What happens after March 2026?

    I’ll be living in Asia for ~2 years to deepen my calligraphy studies.

    During that time:

    The U.S. shop will be closed

    Only digital calligraphy or limited international commissions may be available

    U.S. in‑person events will pause (unless I return for a special trip!)
