Refund & Return Policy

We want you to love your artwork and experience. Due to the handcrafted and personalized nature of our services, please review the following refund and return guidelines.

1. Custom Calligraphy & Artwork (Non‑Refundable)

All custom orders are final sale.

Because each piece is tailored to your specific name, intention, phrase, or blessing, refunds cannot be issued once work has begun.

2. Event & Live Calligraphy Bookings

• Retainers are non‑refundable.

• Cancellations within 14 days of the event are fully billable.

• Date changes may be accommodated depending on availability, but are not guaranteed.

3. Workshops & Classes

• Tickets are non‑refundable.

• Spots may be transferred to another participant if notified at least 48 hours in advance.

4. Physical Products

We accept returns/refunds only for:

• Defective items

• Incorrect items

• Items damaged during shipping

To qualify:

• Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order

• Provide photos of the issue

• Items must be unused and in original condition

We do not accept returns for:

• Buyer’s remorse

• Color/texture variations due to the handmade nature of products

• Minor imperfections that naturally occur in handmade goods

5. Shipping Issues

Once a package is handed to the carrier, we are not responsible for:

• Lost packages

• Delayed deliveries

• Stolen packages

We will happily help you file a claim with the carrier.

6. Exchanges

We do not offer product exchanges unless the item is defective.

7. Digital Products (If Offered)

Digital files are non‑refundable once delivered.
